What if I need to extend the rental hours if I am unable to return on time?

Rental is usually based on a 24-HR basis, there’ll be a surcharge of $20/hr.

Alternatively, you can call us to discuss about the extension rates if you need to extend for more than an hour.

For the Malaysia Insurance, do we have a copy of the insurance that we bought for Malaysia insurance as we are paying for the insurance as an extra insurance?

You will not be provided with the insurance certificate, unless you are the car owner. Insurance is only covered for the vehicle and the rental agreement form will be provided to you upon request.

Do you open on Public Holidays?

No. We are closed on Public Holidays.

Is there any package price if I am interested to take up 1 month rent?

Is there any delivery?

Yes. There is an extra charge of $30/trip, either delivery or collection
(Price subject to adjustment according to the location and timing).

Can I drive the car to Malaysia?

Yes. There is an extra charge of $30 based on calendar dates.

No mileage charges will be imposed.

Is Insurance covered within the rental price?

Yes, insurance will be covered within the rental price. But if there is any claim, the hirer has to pay the excess.

What if I receive a parking fine?

The hirer shall be responsible for all parking and traffic violations.

What if the vehicle breaks down?

The hirer must report all vehicle breakdowns to EAZi Car Leasing immediately. This 24 hour Emergency Breakdown Service is provided free of charge to the hirer. A replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability.

Please note that punctured tires, empty petrol tank, flat battery, loss of car key or key locked inside of vehicle does not constitute a breakdown.

In the event that the 24 hour Emergency Breakdown Service is called upon to response to such occurrence, the hirer shall bear a service charge of $50 per trip plus the cost of replacing the parts.

What if the vehicle is involved in an accident?

The hirer must report all accidents to EAZi Car Leasing immediately.

What if I need to extend the rental period?

The hirer will have to inform EAZi Car Leasing of such intention immediately and subject to availability.

What are the requirements of renting a car?

Driver must at least 21 years of age and below 65 years old. Posses a valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and original Singapore Identity Card.

Minimum deposit of $100 is required for advance booking of the car. If customer fails to turn up or cancel the booking, the deposit will be forfeited by company and no refund will be made.

Our operating hours is Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. Saturday is from 10am to 2pm.
